About the Job
As a Universal Agent (English/French Bilingual), you will provide service by helping our customers with troubleshooting, guiding, and providing suggestions in French.

Working as a Universal Agent (English/French Bilingual), You Have:
- Strong English proficiency
- Advanced French level 85%
- A High School Diploma
- Typing speed (35 WPM or above)
- The ability to utilize standard text, and personalized responses to aid customers in their needs
- Strong grammar and spelling skills in both languages
- The ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills
- 10MB Internet Speed or more
- Full-time availability
