About The Job

Community Mediator Agents are the link between guest and host for this home rental platform. They find creative win-win solutions that leave everybody better off for the experience. 

We are seeking advanced English speakers, with a stable Internet connection and previous customer service experience.

Working as a Community Mediator, you have:

  • Advanced English level
  • Stable Internet connection of 10 Mbps or more
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience (preferred)
