Working as a Technical Support Agent, You Will:

  • Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats.
  • Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
  • Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

Working as a Technical Support Agent, You Have:

  • 3 - 4 years of technical support experience
  • Previous work experience in a gaming or streaming service
  • Experience with Google G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Kibana, Tableau, Zendesk, SQL, or similar products
  • English Level B2 or higher
  • Legally entitled to work in Guatemala (with original Guatemalan DPI)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Applications, or any Technical Graduation preferred
  • Original and valid police and criminal records
  • Availability to work from campus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Amazing people skills. Plus, a performance and customer service mindset

Availability: Full-time (some shifts may depend on availability).
