- 3 - 4 years of technical support experience
- Previous work experience in a gaming or streaming service
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Applications, or any Technical Graduation.
- Experience with Google G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Kibana, Tableau, Zendesk, SQL, or similar products.
- Advanced English level - plus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and ability to take ownership and coordinate with multiple teams and create strong working relationships.
- Ability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work onsite in WTC building, Zone 13, Guatemala City.
