About the Job:

Our ideal candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers. Candidates need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly. Candidates will be responsible to resolve queries related to order, inventory, and billing via Live Chat/Email and ensuring the customers are satisfied with the service offered. Ensure all the contacts are documented using the tracking tool.

As a Back Office Agent, You Have:

  • Internet connection at home with a speed of 100 MBPS
  • Process data in various formats such as video, images, or text
  • Above average written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a secure, high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to plug an ethernet cable into a modem
  • Have a dedicated workspace in their homes or remote locations to provide services to the Company

As a Back Office Agent, You Will:

  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist with back office duties that will consist predominantly of data annotation.
  • This position offers a great career opportunity for successful candidates to work with a leader in retail space automation.
  • Process data in various formats such as video, images, or text
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service[3]
  • Above average written communication skills
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures
  • Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Above average written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
  • Ability to organize and follow up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Any Graduate
  • 0 to 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent
