About The Job
 
We are seeking Retention Agents who are capable of persuading customers to remain subscribed to a service. They do this by creating strong client-provider relationships, providing positive interactions, and resolving any issues that may have arisen. 
 
We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who want to be part of this elite team.

Working as a Retention Agent you have:
  • 6 months of more sales/retention experience
  • Advanced English level 
  • An outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Full schedule availability
  • 10 mbps or more of Internet speed
