We are seeking experienced Retention Specialists in charge of being customer advocates, by building confidence and rapport to ensure they feel safe and protected. We are looking for candidates that excel in using problem-solving skills to find a solution that will benefit both customers and the business.

Working as a Retention Specialist, you have:
- Previous retention/sales experience
- Advanced English level - plus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work from the site
- Ability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Stable Internet connection of 20 Mbps or more
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
