Position: Customer Service Agent aka Beauty Advisor

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with a passion for beauty products and for making human connections. The ideal candidate is someone who is inspired by the world of cosmetics, recommending products, and connecting with others about the beauty industry. 

 

In this role, you will be representing 24-7 Intouch as the initial contact for individuals’ inbound contact via voice, email, and/or chat.

Note: All applications, interviews, orientation and training will be done virtually. 24-7 Intouch will also provide all hardware and equipment necessary.

 

As a Beauty Advisor, you will…

  • Be providing incredible customer service, actively listening to the customer and engaging, providing solutions, and making suggestions
  • Recommend and sell products to consumers over various contact channels
  • Receive multi-channel interactions such as voice, e-mail, and chat correspondence and maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Provide customers with brand knowledge and/or service information
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the systems so that information can be researched and given to customers
  • Resolve problems as they arise
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs
  • Feel empowered to recommend site or customer service improvements
  • Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled

 

As a Beauty Advisor, you have…

  • The ability to come on-campus when necessary - we may need you to attend meetings, pick-up/drop-off equipment or attend special events from time-to-time
  • Even though this is a WFH position, you must be located in Orlando / Altamonte Springs
  • 6 months of customer service experience, providing service at a high level
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to listen attentively and use the information provided by the customer to tailor responses and actions to meet the customer’s specific needs
  • The ability to serve customers using your strong customer service and decision making skills
  • The skills to get to the root of the problem by probing customers for details
  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • Confidence in making recommendations for and selling beauty products to consumers
  • The ability to work well in fast-paced, dynamic, changing environments
  • Organizational skills and the ability perform tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • The knowledge to operate a phone system and personal computer
  • The availability to work days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to type 30 wpm minimum with accuracy and perform basic mathematical functions
  • Ability to go through a background check
  • Aptitude to interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds

 

Training Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Trade School or college degree preferred but not required
