About the Job
As a Tech Support Agent, you will help our customers with troubleshooting, guiding, and providing suggestions in order to get systems back.

Our Tech Support Agent answers questions to customer's tech problems with different types of devices, uses information from customers to diagnose tech issues, and walks customers through the steps needed to fix various problems

We also want people with a passion for technology and strong communication skills - people who want a career, not just a job. Punctuality, performance, and positivity will set you up for success.

As a Tech Support Agent, you Have: 

  • Advanced English level 85%
  • Typing speed - 35 WPM or above
  • Grammar & Spelling- (85% points or above)
  • High School Diploma
  • 10Mb Internet Speed or more
  • Full-time availability
