We are seeking experienced Work at Home Medical Video Interpreters in charge of providing English-Spanish interpretation via video for various medical and insurance consultations. We are looking for bright, passionate, and energetic individuals who want to be part of this elite team.

Working as a Work at Home Medical Video Interpreter, You Will:

  • Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats.
  • Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
  • Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

Working as a Work at Home Medical Video Interpreter, You Have:

  • English Level B2 or higher
  • Previous English-Spanish interpreting or translation experience
  • Legally entitled to work in Honduras (with original Honduran DNI)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Original and valid police and criminal records
  • Availability to work from home
  • Stable internet connection of 20Mbps or more
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Amazing people skills. Plus, a performance and customer service mindset

Availability: Full-time (some shifts may depend on availability).
