About the Job
As a French Agent, you will respond to common questions about the products and services, troubleshoot tech issues over the phone, and offer the product or services to potential customers in French and sometimes in English.

Working as a French Agent, You Have:
- Strong French proficiency
- English proficiency
- A High School Diploma
- Typing speed (35 WPM or above)
- The ability to utilize standard text, and personalized responses to aid customers in their needs
- Strong grammar and spelling skills
- The ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
- 10MB Internet Speed or more
- Full-time availability
